Scrooges Journal Entry

Today is like any other day during the holiday season, cold and blustery. Everybody is smiling and laughing! Well! Bah Humbug that’s what I say to that! Why do people have to waste my time by coming into my working place? I mean even my own flesh and blood comes over, asking me to come to his house for Christmas, there is no chance of that! And people I don’t even know come to my house, asking for money for charities, the only places I give money to will be the prisons that’s for sure! As long as I’m alive I will work day in and day out, wasting nothing, and getting money constantly. You can bet a shilling on that!
