Tom Sawyer characters

Tom Sawyer, although he is smart Tom seeks for adventure and does anything he pleases. For instance when he got the kids that passed by to paint the fence it showed how smart he is and how he really doesn't want to do any work and doesn't care about was will happen to it. Tom believes anything Huckleberry Finn says because Huck has done more things.

Huckleberry Finn does what he wants, when he wants to. Since his dads a drunk Huck has to look out for himself and do what he needs to do to live. Huck believes in many superstition's, such as getting rid of warts. Huck is dirty and only has one pair of clothes but I don't think he cares. All the kids aren't aloud to to talk or hang out with Huck because of the way he lives but Tom doesn't care, which is good because if Tom didn't hang out with Huck he would probably not have any friends at all.

Becky Thatcher is a girl that any boy would want, but mostly Tom. He does anything to impress her such as balancing a stick on his nose and even drawing a picture for her. Becky starts liking him back when he draws her a picture and is told that he will teach her. But when Becky finds out that she is not Tom's first fiance she is so so sad. She doesn't want to be another one of Tom's fiance's.

Aunt Polly loves Tom and will do anything for him. Even though sometimes she has to punish him you know she still loves him cause it takes all she has to do it. She doesn't want to punish him but she knows she has to for him to know he can't do just anything and get away with it.

Amy Lawrence is Tom's old flame. She was in the same position as Becky but she still wants Tom even though he likes Becky. Even though we do not know Amy at all we know that Tom at some point liked her but then when he saw Becky that mutual feeling that he had for Amy disappeared.
